STEP 1:
DISCOVERY LUNCH
Discovery Lunch is the perfect starting point for learning more about Radiant and how you can get involved in the community. Led by Pastor Billy, this 90-minute lunch is designed to help you understand Radiant’s vision and mission, discover your spiritual gifts, and become involved in church. After completing the Discovery Class, your next step in the Growth Track process is to sign up for GHL Discipleship.

STEP 2 | LEVEL 1:
Growing Healthy Lives Discipleship
(STRENGTHENING)
Level 1 is the training ground for becoming what God has called you to be! In doing so, you will be assigned your own Discipleship Coach to encourage, pray for, and motivate you as you get into Spiritual Shape! Level 1 starts with a 1-Day Seminar, followed by three weeks of training.
STEP 3 | Level 2:
Growing Healthy Lives Discipleship
(HEALING)
In Level 2, a trained GHL coach will encourage you toward emotional and relational health to become whole, which is a big deal. Many churches skip this vital component of discipleship and outsource people to counseling. Even though counseling has its place, the church is called to be ministers of Jesus, and Jesus is the One who heals the brokenhearted. You will begin to discover how God designed your soul and how our sin and the sinful actions of others have damaged your beliefs. Coaches are trained to walk you through the difficulties of overcoming your past, how to set healthy boundaries, and finally, how to begin to experience God’s healing love so it can overflow to your family and loved ones.
STEP 4 | Level 3:
Growing Healthy Lives Discipleship
(ACTIVATING)
Level 3 starts with activating you in your purpose! You will learn how to exercise your authority, discover your God-dream, and influence your sphere of influence. We will train you to lead people (including your loved ones) to Christ, speak God’s promises into situations, minister to others, and release the Holy Spirit’s Power in impacting your leadership and those around you!
