Pastor Billy and Marliz have been married since 2006 and are blessed with three active children who keep life exciting and full. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time together and supporting each other’s hobbies. With a shared passion for ministry Billy is a dynamic teacher and visionary leader. Marliz is tender and has a loving shepherding approach. Together they lead and love people toward the heart of the Father. God has called them to minister in the Sacramento/Placer region, bringing the hope of Christ to lives in their community. Their passion is for people to encounter God’s goodness while raising strong, transformative leaders who make a meaningful impact in their spheres of influence.

Billy brings a dynamic, life-changing discipleship curriculum that has transformed church cultures and thousands of lives across California and the nation. Drawing on his doctoral research, he teaches how effective discipleship not only changes lives spiritually but also fosters mental and emotional well-being by positively shaping the brain. With over 25 years of ministry experience and a business background, Billy is a gifted and passionate Bible teacher. He earned his Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University and his Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Coaching from Regent University.
