OUR Core Values

At Radiant Church, our core values are the heartbeat of who we are. They shape how we live, love, and lead — reflecting what matters most to us as a family of faith. These values keep us grounded in God’s Word, inspired by His Spirit, and focused on our calling to be a church that shines brightly with the light of Jesus in our city and beyond.

  • We acknowledge that we are created in the image of God and exist to know Him intimately. He is the center of our lives and the foundation of all we do. Because God is our highest value, we intentionally seek His presence in our gatherings—through heartfelt worship, prayer, and the bold teaching of His Word. In doing so, we cultivate an atmosphere that draws everyone to pursue a deeper relationship with Him.

  • All people are created in the image of God, and heaven rejoices when lives are connected to Him. We are committed to being a multi-generational church where every person can discover significance, experience healing, and be empowered to live out their God-given purpose.

  • We wholeheartedly embrace the Great Commission, and everything we do is centered on the call to make disciples. Our church follows a proven three-step process that has transformed thousands of lives—equipping people to grow in faith, walk in their God-given identity, and fulfill all that He has called them to be.

  • We are anchored in who God says we are! This is especially vital in a culture filled with endless options and confusion, where people, especially the younger generation, are searching for truth and identity. We believe that true identity can only be found in Christ and grounded in the truth of God’s Word.

  • To bring healing to a broken world, we must first pursue health and wholeness in our own lives. Jesus came to heal and restore, and as we strive to become more like Him, we embrace healing as a core value—both personally and within our community.

  • We cut through the noise and empower hearts to live as overcomers! Our anthem is faith in action—building faith that moves beyond words into purpose, as we equip people to walk boldly in their God-given calling.

  • We love seeing families grow strong in their faith! Our heart is to support parents and help kids build a lasting relationship with God. We create a fun, safe, and clean environment where children can discover who God is and learn to follow Him—because they’re not just the church of tomorrow, they’re an important part of the church today.

Our Beliefs

We are a church that holds to a biblical worldview. So even though each new generation lives in a changing culture, we believe, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).

  • We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. This means that the Bible is completely reliable and trustworthy.

    John 1:1, Heb. 4:12, 2Tim. 3:16; Prov. 30:5; Ps. 119:11,16; Matt. 24:35; James 1:22; Is. 55:11

  • We believe in one God displayed in Three Persons (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit).

    Deut. 6:4; Mal. 2:10; Rom. 3:30; 1Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; 1Tim.2:5; Gen. 1:26; Gen. 11:7; Matt. 3:16; Matt. 12:31-32; Matt. 28:19; John 10:30; John 14:26; John 17:20-22; 2Cor. 13:14; Gal. 4:6; 1Pt. 1:2

  • We believe we all have sinned and it’s our sin that separates us from God.

As a result, we all need salvation. Rom. 3:23; Rom. 5:12; Eph. 2:1; 1Cor. 15:22

  • God, so loved us, He provided salvation as a gift that comes by grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ (not by any type of religious works). Jesus alone is the bridge that justifies us of our sin and reconciles us to knowing a loving God.

    Eph. 2:5-8; Rom. 6:23; Rom. 11:6; Titus 3:7; Gal. 5:1-4; Gal. 2:18-2; John 3:16

    John 17:3, 24; John 14:1-3, 17; 2 Cor. 5:18-19; Luke 23:43; Eph. 1:17; John 1:23; Gal. 4:8-9; Ph. 3:10

  • We believe Christians should humbly and thankfully partake the elements of communion as a symbolic remembrance of Jesus’ redemptive sacrifice.

    Luke 22:19-20; 1Cor. 10:16-17; 1Cor. 11:24-28; Mk. 14:22-24; John 6:53-54

  • We believe water baptism is an outward expression of an inward commitment to Jesus Christ.

    Matt. 28:18-20; Rom 6:1-11

  • We believe God’s love for us should be translated into our love back to Him and released to others. This is the Greatest Commandment in Scripture, which leads to the Great Commission of reaching and discipling as many people as possible.

    Matt. 22:37-39; Luke10:27; John 13:34, John 15:9,12-13; Rom. 5:8, Matt. 5:44-46, Rom. 13:10; 1Cor. 13:4-8, 1Cor. 16:14; Eph. 2:4; Eph. 3:8; 1John 3:1,11,16,18; 1John 4:7-8,19

    Matt. 28:18-20; Mk. 16:15; Matt. 5:44-46, 1 Cor. 5:14, 18-20

  • We believe after receiving Jesus, believers become sealed by the Holy Spirit and have the capacity to bear the good fruit of the Spirit in their lives.

    Eph. 1:13; James 1:22, Gal. 5:16-25; Eph. 4:30-32, Eph. 5:18; Heb. 3:7

  • We believe the Holy Spirit supernaturally empowers believers in their witness to share and do the works of Jesus including having an empowered prayer life.

    Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Ph. 1:19; Eph. 6:1; 1 Thess. 1:5; 1Pt. 4:10-11; Rom. 12:6-8; Eph. 4:7; 1 Cor. 12:1-11; Heb.2:4

  • We believe the Bible provides a road map of what to expect in the end times as world events continue to accelerate and culminate with the global return of Jesus our redeemer coming back in full power and authority.

    Matt. 24:23-27; 2Cor. 5:10; Rev. 19; 1Thess. 4:16-, 17; Acts. 1:10-11; Matt. 16:27; Rev. 1:7; Rev. 22:12; Luke 21:27; 2Pt. 3:8-9
